Easy travel to Central Station via the fast and regular 26 tram service. Good breakfast with a wide choice of food and drink. The rooms was large and well equipped.

This is the best hotel in the world! An exceptional stay from start to finish! The front desk team was incredibly helpful, making check-in smooth and effortless. The breakfast staff brought so much warmth and positivity, creating the perfect start to each day. The room was a peaceful retreat, with double windows ensuring absolute quiet for a restful night. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, making the experience truly enjoyable. A huge thank you to the wonderful team for such a pleasant stay—looking forward to the next visit!

To correct the problem below, after the taxi had to leave me stranded for lack of convenient car-accessible entrance : Fortunately I was able to call to someone smoking near the entrance (at a distance from the street with no car access) to get me help. A most pleasant receptionist came out to the street with a cart to take in my baggage, found my booking, and checked me in to a most pleasant and suitable room on the ground floor, even if their 'accessible' room was occupied. The staff were all extremely helpful and accommodating. Having no lunch on my train from Brussels, I tried one of their homemade pizzas, which was great! Breakfast the next morning was very good. The staff was most attentive and helpful, given my rollator; even a waffle! With no in-house restaurant, this hotel for a non-central location in Amsterdam was reasonable for the quallity (although above my institute budget)!

The breakfast was fantastik, with a lot of possibility for various combinations.They prepared for me, every morning, wonderfull fresh gluten free bred! It was important because of my celiac disease.
